Csak kettő maradt, a többi köddé vált (okostelefon operációs rendszerek)

Csak kettő maradt, a többi köddé vált (okostelefon operációs rendszerek) | collaboration | Scoop.it

Back in 2010, the smartphone market was quite fragmented. BlackBerry was still going strong, Symbian was present on millions of Nokia phones and Samsung was still experimenting with its own operating system, Bada. For app developers and publishers alike, it wasn’t easy to decide which platforms to support and which ones to ignore.

Devices running Android and iOS accounted for 99.9% of global smartphone sales to end users in 2017.

Pál Kerékfy's insight:

Mennyivel egyszerűbb a fejlesztők és a szolgáltatást nyújtók dolga! Nem beszélve a cégekről, amelyek biztonságosan akarják menedzselni a munkára használt telefonokat. (A sokféle Android segít fenntartani a kihívások szintjét.)

Infographic: Whose Devices Are Being Used The Most?

Infographic: Whose Devices Are Being Used The Most? | collaboration | Scoop.it

Although none command shares comparable to Apple and Samsung individually, combined, Chinese vendors make up 30.2% of actively used devices worldwide, accounting for five of the top ten.

Chart: Who's Responsible for Children's Smartphone Use? | Statista

Chart: Who's Responsible for Children's Smartphone Use? | Statista | collaboration | Scoop.it

Tech addiction is a growing concern in modern societies as more and more people realize that they may be spending a little too much time with their phone instead of engaging in real world activities. Several studies have linked smartphone use with negative effects on mental and physical wellbeing with children seen as particularly vulnerable to the distractive lure of the small screen. Earlier this year, a group of Apple shareholders even went as far as writing an open letter to the company, asking it to assist further research into the matter and to take measures that would help parents manage their children’s device use.

Pál Kerékfy's insight:

Itt egy újabb vélemény a gyerekek (túlzott) eszközhasználatáról. Kié a felelősség? Ki tud tenni valamit? A válasz elsöprően: a család.

Szóval, nem kell másra fogni, a gyerek viszonyát a világ dolgaihoz elsősorban a családnak kell irányítania…

A kisebb ábra azt mutatja, hogy a válaszadók fele aggódik.
